Linda is a seasoned trial lawyer and negotiator, with twenty years experience representing employees in disputes with their employers. As House Counsel to the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists in Chicago, Linda represented Chicago's broadcast journalists and disk jockeys in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and other matters involving major television networks and radio stations.

Ms. Wyetzner founded the law firm of Behn & Wyetzner, Chartered. Ms. Wyetzner primarily represents citizens who have reported fraud under the qui tam provisions of the federal and state False Claims Acts.
