BethAnne Yeager has been working with Steve Cohen and the Cohen Law Group on a wide range of false claims and qui tam litigation since 2004. In the healthcare area, BethAnne has handled Medicare and Medicaid fraud cases involving quality of care, false certification, false reporting, kickbacks and best price manipulation. BethAnne has also worked on cases involving other government funding programs such as the federal E-rate Program, as well as the anti-retaliation provisions of the federal and state false claims laws. In 2007, BethAnne became of counsel to Cohen Law Group.

Before her involvement in qui tam cases, for over 15 years BethAnne practiced in the areas of employment discrimination, civil rights, and consumer fraud. BethAnne was also a law clerk for the Honorable Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court for the 2000-2001 term. Both before and after she clerked, she taught "Women and the Law" during summer sessions at the University of Wisconsin. BethAnne was co-counsel in a landmark employment discrimination decision from the Wisconsin Supreme Court that reversed a finding of immunity for the UW.

BethAnne had practiced in California upon graduating from Cornell Law School in 1989. During her time in California, she was named a finalist for the 1998 Trial Lawyer of the Year Award presented by Trial Lawyers for Public Justice for a consumer fraud action, and was on the trial team for the first sexual harassment trial in Marin County, which resulted in the highest award against the State at the time for such a claim.

BethAnne is co-counsel with Mr. Cohen in the landmark qui tam action State of Nevada Ex. rel H. Dean Steinke v. Merck & Co., Inc. and in the State of Illinois Ex. rel Raymer and Grosche v. the University of Chicago Hospitals.

When she isn't practicing law, BethAnne enjoys yoga, skiing, and living in Madison.
